Please be aware! Wellness plan is not what it seems, and many being taken advantage of. Dr. has poor communication skills. If more services needed other than regular shots and checks, treated unprofessional. Tend to over vaccinate (as states it is "covered" on wellness plan, so why not.... Treat unnecessarily to keep a balance so it appears that being on wellness plan is paying off, when it is not.\r
Unwilling to do right and very unhelpful to correct a wrong situation, as we dealt with here recently. Will be happy to take your money without flinching. If your animal is not comfortable with vets and may show so when brought in, it will be labeled instantly as aggressive and disobedient, in which staff will always show uncomfortableness. No time spent with animals in getting to know them or any attempt at trying to make them or their owners feel at ease. Do not recommend this office if you aquire a RESCUE pet, as they do not seem to want to deal with, nor willing to be caring wit
