Review content:
I have had a good experience at this facility's Memory Care unit for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's. It is a secure unit with a fenced yard and accommodates only 13 residents which was a big plus for my family. They have their own dining room and activity area but can participate in some of the activities with the assisted living residents if they wish and are able. Most of the rooms are private with their own bath; there are a couple of rooms for two residents to share. They have a salon so I don't have to take my mother out for hair services, the podiatrist visits 4 times a year and home health care comes to the facility for the residents if needed. When you can't keep your family member at home any more, this is a good place to be. There's also a support group that meets monthly for family members.
