Review content:
My mom's been at Woodstock Estates for about 6 months. All thought the facility has obvious age, it is neat and well organized. I've never seen or heard of a maintenance issue that did not get the full attention needed. The staff is very youthful, energetic and extremely attentive to both me and my Mother. Everyone, has a great personality and willing to do what they can to make the residents as welcome and as comfortable as possible. My mother is in the early to mid stages of Alzheimer's. Her moods along with her cognitive clarity can vary almost hourly. The staff and administrators do very well in handling her 'issues'. They've taken quick action to minimize any concern and that makes me feel that moving my Mom here was a good decision. \r
I've only had a few issues with communication. Specifically when it's via email. I cant remember any email not receiving a response. However, the responses sometimes are incomplete or too brief for me to feel that my questions/conc
