I visited Porcello's in Bellevue to get my wife a bracelet for our anniversary. Admittedly, I was a little nervous and intimidated - it?d been years since I was last in a jewelry store and I?d figured getting the right engagement ring had just been pure luck. It was wonderful to have my anxiety completely blown away by a staff that - dare I say - cared about me as a customer. They knew my budget and took the time to work with me to find a bracelet that my wife absolutely loved. I hope my wife isn?t expecting this kind of purchase regularly, but I know that next time, I will darn sure be shopping at Porcello?s.
