Review content:
When you walk in you are treated professionally, but when you sit down to sell gold or jewelry everything changes and you feel like you are dealing with the worst of used car salesmen. This may depend upon who you are working with. They are slick and you don't even realize you are being ripped off. When weighing gold, they don't let you see the scale or tell you what they are paying for your gold. And if you go to sell on a weekend, they give you far less than the going rate by using the justification that it might go down on Monday! Well, it might go up, too!.\r
\r
They will belittle and criticize every piece of jewelry you try to sell them ... they'll say, "We have a dozen of those in the back and we can't even sell them", or "This style is no longer popular". Or "People don't buy this kind of diamond anymore". Beware. They make you feel like your pieces that are worth thousands of dollars are worth hundreds of dollars.
