We just bought a house, so we are constantly at home improvement stores, and looking for deals. Menards has sales a lot, and they offer a lot of rebates. My biggest problem is nobody employed there ever knows the rules of the rebate and they are not posted anywhere, in fact, they don't even give you the form, you have to search for it on the front counter after checking out. We bought 10 cans of paint there because they were on sale (had a rebate) we asked if there was a limit when we checked out, and they told us no. Then we went to get the rebate slip and there was a limit of 5. We could have made 2 purchases of 5 each, but didn't because they told us there was no limit, so we were stuck. I also think the layout stinks, I can never find what I am looking for. And they constantly play their annoying ads over the loud speaker.
