I am fairly new to the palm bay area and have been going to this office for a few years. My son became sick and i called the office to see if i could bring him to get checked out and pay for the appointment on the first when i receive my soc/sec. They never returned my call so started to check othe vets and while waiting to hear from vca finally called back a week later and the women jackie said to bring him in and when i mentioned about making payment next week she told me that was unaceptable and tried to hurry me off the phone. I complained and the office mgr called me and said to bring him in. After doing some blood work nothing showed anything wrong and by this time he had gotten much worse and i had to put him down. I will always wonder and beleive this would not have been the end result if they would have seen him 7 days earily when i first called. YOU BETTER THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS CLINIC IF YOU CARE FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF YOUR KIDS, THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR IS THE
