I went in the store a few times recently and found that those selling camera equipment could use some customer service pointers. I was looking at a DSLR and asked some legitimate questions, but felt like I was being dismissed since I didn't already own one and only used a point and shoot. I was also looking at the lower end Canon dslr.I asked about the Canon and the sales guy said that the Minolta was better and that is what he has. He said that was the endorsement that should matter most. I don't think they sell Minolta.I don't know if the guy was hard of hearing, but when I asked him a question he shouted his answer like I was 50 feet away. The treatment I received was odd because when I went there a week earlier another sales guy helped me and he was very courteous when I was looking at a very expensive HD video camera. His manner quickly turned when I was looking at another camera that was under $1,000.00.The people that do the photo developing are super friendly and helpful. I am
