Review content:
Williamson made a number of mistakes on my a/c and furnace installation and denied responsibility for the mistakes, even though the records and receipts showed that they did the work! They repaired some of the problems and left the unit open with a broken and miswired (new) thermostat! \r

When asked to finish the repairs, the owner became arrogant and stopped returning phone calls, even leaving us stranded with no a/c when he bailed on our appointment at the last minute! I had to pay a competitor to diagnose and fix Williamson's sloppy work. \r

In my experience, not an honest company, and very arrogant! Go elsewhere.
