I called to order an arrangement and asked for something small but enough for delivery and they sent a mini vase with lilies and carnations my credit card was charged 50 dollars and the flowers were horrible. I was so embarrassed when I went to see the flower recipient and there in the middle of a table was a tiny pale arrangement which is may bee worth 20 dollars at the most. When I called to complain I got an very rude individual who told me she wold send something else out fresh. I asked for a refund and she said " I will not do that, I will resend an arrangement and that is all I will do" It is horrible service and very bad quality. Do not recommend them.
