We've taken our dogs here off and on for the past few years. I would say over the years the level of service has gone down. One of the things I hate about this place is that you don't really get any feedback on how your dog did. You go, drop your dog off... The dog goes behind the big door and that's all you really see of the place. You pick them up, pay, no one really talks to you, says how things went, etc. I wouldn't feel comfortable boarding my dogs here. Another thing... It's kind of small, and there aren't any grassy areas. I know the floor is supposed to be good for their feet, but our dogs would come home with injuries to their paws. We just switched to a new daycare right up the road. The two places are Night and day. I'm happy I finally found a place I would feel comfortable boarding them at.
