My cat was going through a terrible fit of scratching ang losing hair after I returned from vacation. I called the Cat Clinic and got an appointment the same day to take her in. The front desk staff was very nice and the doctor immediately found the problem (fleas! How did I miss that?). He explained the life cycle of fleas and how to effectively treat them, and spent time expaining the different flea treatment products. I never felt rushed. He seemed to genuinely care about my cat's health.
