On April 3rd 2009 my husband and I went to Belfort Furniture and placed a special order couch and love seat set. Our sales person assured us that we would have our furniture in 6-8 weeks. He emphasized 6 week but we knew there was a possibility of it being 8 weeks, no problem. We are still waiting for our furniture and its been 3 months. Needless to say we will NEVER do business with them again. Every time we called was a false expected arrival date.It would get push back with every phone call. First excuse was our sales person's wife is sick so wasn't able to return our calls, the warehouse delivery schedulers mother was in the hospital so we weren't able to schedule delivery, the office manager Denise cant give a straight answer on when we should receive the furniture. My husband even spoke to the President of the of Belfort. He TOO had FALSE information as to when our furniture would arrive. We have lost all confidence in them. They are not a credible company and I would warn any
