I had something repaired at Maxwell The Cleaner in San Rafael and was TOTALLY overcharged. I had asked for a price PRIOR to having it fixed but the only call I received was telling me the item was fixed and the price AFTER the fact. The manager was of NO help and I have called to talk to the owner 7 times. I have this all documented but cannot get ANY help because he won't call me back. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING because if you have a problem they do not care!
