Brandon did a great job fixing my garage door bracket. I called two other competitors first; each with "same day service." The first one couldn't fit me in for three days. The second one showed up the first day..but was only a service manager. He couldn't fix anything. He was suppose to get me scheduled for the next day. When I didn't hear back, I called them. He wasn't in and didn't get me on the schedule. So I called Larry Myers and spoke with a very nice lady. Initially, she said they were booked until tomorrow. Then she said, "let me see what I can do." She called me back in about 2 minutes and said Brandon would arrive between 1-3 today. Brandon arrived at about 1:15 and was done, paid, thanking me, and whishing me happy holidays by 1:35. I'll be calling them next time I need garage door service!
