I used to live at Preston's Crossing in Beaverton, OR. We lived there for about 2 1/2 years. Their staff was always really helpful and friendly. We had very few troubles there. Mostly problems came from other renters, but nothing to major. We even won a DVD player once for paying our rent on time. They always offered rent consessions to us, the amount varied on the lenght of the lease. And when we were suddenly relocated before our lease was up, they helped us find a way around the fees.
