Took my daughter's car to have a new starter I had purchased installed. They said my starter was no good and charged me over 2x the price of another new one, then found out later they installed it wrong, which created a fire hazard. The starter AND burned wires had to be replaced to correct their mess. The BBB signias all over their shop was not theirs, they've never been a BBB member.
