Review content:
We started service with Carters plumbing many years ago before Ben Franklin became involved. Always received good service from good local people. Ben Franklin is in the sales business. Everytime I have them out for a plumbing issue they are not interested unless it is their product put in by them. We have had a toilet, hot water heater ( that they purchased across the street at Aqua and jacked the price up to install) put in by them.. I called yesterday to have a 1 yr old faucet repaired for leak and was told by serviceman today that it would probably end up costing $400 to fix. I,m sure if it had been a faucet that they installed it would have been an easy fix. Very bad business, should be called Ben Franklin Plumbing Sales.
