Review content:
I've had them to my house twice. The first time we had a sewer line blockage, tree roots. They removed the toilet in our bathroom and roto-rooted from there. This made an incredible, smelly mess, sprayed sewer line contents all over our bathroom walls, shower, floor, etc. Took hours to clean up. So we paid them to install a sewer line cleanout outside that could be used for roto-rooting in case we had future problems.\r \r The next time that they came (about a year later), they did the same thing, made the same incredible mess in our bathroom, and this time broke our toilet in the process of removing and re-installing it. They did not use the outside cleanout that they themselves installed for their work. I asked them about this, and they said that they didn't know about it!\r \r Needless to say, there is no way that we would ever use them again. Maybe they've improved since then, but I really don't want to find out.
