Review content:
We had a big wind storm and my shake roof was in pieces. I called around and the only roofer out of 20 to come out the same day was Bruce's Roofing at 5:30 pm. Two hours after I called them they were knocking on my door (Bruce's Roofing). It felt really good that the owner, Bruce himself was doing this. He jumped up on the roof, put plastic up on the roof to cover the places the roof was missing pieces to keep the water damage to a minimum. Watching him do that without me asking him to do that was a great feeling. While he was up there I called my insurance company and they said they could be there in two hours. I went outside and told Bruce the insurance guy would be here in two hours and Bruce said he would wait for the insurance guy to show up. That was a really good feeling to have Bruce wait that long. Anyways, my insurance guy showed up and 2 1/2 hours later and he and Bruce got on my roof, talked a while and told me what the plan was. The plan was Bruce would be there at 8:00 am
