I have boarded my cats in their place for about 2.5 years and paid about $10,000 over that period for boarding and other care combined. In my last visit, I paid $809 and after I was told that there was a problem with my cat skin and happened the night before I picked her up. My cat was returned to me with a red lesion on her back with hair loss. When I asked the vet what hand why happened she got angry with me for blaming her and she threw the files to ground and yell at me and asked me to take my cats leave and do not come back. Instead of explaining or promising to treat my cat. She threw me out with my cats after I I I paid $809. I had to go to another hospital to find out what happened. I I am planning to file an official claim against the vet ( owner). First of all, you cannot treat your clients who pay almost $10,000 over 2 years and the vet should take the any accountability over what happened to my cat.
