The Men who come out and work on your A/C are very knowledgable, kind, and understanding. The cost for Bertie's Service is competible with other company's in Gainesville, But there service I believe is a lot better. They also have a very nice showroom where you can come and look @ some of the latest in A/C technology. There will be a friendly member of the staff to assist you with any questions. It's very easy to find if you know Gainesvlle.
