We were worried when we had to call an AC repairman because we were convinced that we would be told we needed a new AC regardless of whether we did or not. Well the people at Bertie's are extremely friendly and honest. I never felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us. Will only use Bertie's from now on!
