Review content:
I recently moved to North Carolina and brought my dog's paperwork from her previous vet with us. The paperwork shows her complete history and the fact that she is on Sentinel. Since her medicine ran out this month, I walked in to Neuse River vet, with my paperwork, and requested a new prescription. The vet, not clerk, glanced at it and told me she couldn't accept it, I would need to have the same chart faxed. Called the previous vet and they don't even have a fax machine but made a call to the vet and verbally told them the info. A few hours later, I returned to the vet to pick it up and the same woman told me she couldn't accept it because she didn't know who they talked to and it had to be in writing. The same writing that I was holding in my hand. She then added it was just NC law. Guess I moved to a state which doesn't require common sense for advanced degrees. And no, I'm not a Yankee, I came from Alabama. I am pleased to know the level of care extended by these people p
