We bought a 2006 Escalade from DT in 2006. This is the only dealer in town, so no choice really. \r

We gave all the specifics we wanted, including a factory DVD. We were quoted the price and told it was a factory DVD. The sales staff straight out lied to us. \r

When we got the vehicle, it was a DVD that they had installed by a local shop. Have had problems with DVD ever since. \r

Service also poor. Only take for under warranty repairs because it's free. Often have things in for a week and you have to call and hound them to get anything done.
