Do not take your car here for repairs. \r
I took my Lexus here to get hail damage repairs and a small rear end collision. \r
It took them over 2 weeks to repair my car. Plus they did not detail the car after it was repaired.\r
You would expect them to at least take of the marking they used to identify the hail dents. \r
My car was return with plenty of Blue marks all over. The repair manager just said, you need to wax your car. WTF is that. By that time, I was frustrated and just needed my car back since my rental ran out. \r

I went to a Westside Lexus in Houston TX, got my car back from repairs and it was perfect. They washed and waxed the car after the work they done. \r
I expected more from a Cadillac dealership. \r

On top of that, the Repair manager also tried to charge me an extra 200 for a repair he said my insurance did not cover. I had to explain to him, my insurance covers everything, I just have to pay the deductible. took some time for him to understand.\r
