First time used this plumber based upon reviews I read on line. I had a unique plumbing situation that was not a big job but one that I had tried to do myself but I was afraid of causing more damage. Rich came over and took care of it even though it was the first time he ever had such a job to do. Basically the hot water rubber stem washer to my bathtub somehow became lose and got entrenched in the valve seat and it was extremely difficult to dislodge. Rich took care of it with a little drilling and only had to replace the valve seat. He also gave me some added some free advise on where to get plumbing parts and information on a prospective plumbing project I have planned. His price for the job was extremely reasonable and I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone considering a plumber. .
