I've been using this diaper service since October when my daughter was born. It is a very easy and great alternative to disposable diapers. They are prompt and deliver all the way to Lansing from Kalamzoo. They will even overnight more diapers should there be a need. The price is very reasonable and it is SO much better than having to wash your own.
My complaint is that the diaper covers they provide are not the best quality. They are often torn or stretched and the velcro is often so worn it doesn't stick anymore. When you ask for replacements, you will get more of the same. I love the diapers, but I've resorted to using my own covers.
PROS: You're not contributing to the massive waste disposables generate
CONS: They can stink up your house
