After taking our kitty to another vet (a nearby "wholistic vet" ) and being told our cat needed a therapist, we decided to try Heritage. A friend recomended them and so we gave them a try. They were great! They listened and asked a bunch of questions that gave us some insight into the diagnostic process. Dr. Palmatier explained everything and was not afraid of sharing information. He didn't try to "dumb it down" unless we asked him to. They performed tests and always followed up in detail. Dr. Palmatier called us personally to ask a bunch of follow up questions and was very thorough and thoughtful.\r

Heritage was great and we would totally recomend them to anyone. We have since moved out of the area. On the morning of the flight to our new home state, Dr. Palmatier let us bring in our cat and gave her a tranq shot no charge so we could handle her on the plane. \r

We'll miss you guys. \r
