I do not recommend Heritage. They have such a high turnover rate - every time I go in, there is someone new working the reception area. I like to feel like I know who is caring for my animal - I want to establish a relationship so that I feel comfortable leaving my pet behind when I have to, for whatever reason. I also felt that Dr. Palmatier handled my pets a little rough. And as far as compassion goes, I dont see it. Who, in their right mind, starts a conversation about THE WEATHER when I am having to put my cat to sleep! Are you kidding me! That was the worst experience ever.
