I trusted Jett's for almost 15 years only to find out they were totally screwing me over. I am a female and have NO automative knowledge. I had some concerns when they kept having to "redo" jobs they had already completed but they repeatedly failed. I later learned that not all their mechanics are certified and some just pretend to do work but never actually fix the car. Their failure to properly repair my car ended up with them burning up my engine and then they denied they did it. This was only after they caused alot of damage to other systems in my car. I have since learned my lesson, bought a new car and learned to NEVER go back there, for any reason, not even to buy gas, get air in my tires or even an oil change. You think they are honest and they seem friendly enough, but they are incompetent and I suffered a huge financial loss because of their ignorance and lack of work that they were actually paid to do.
