I highly recommend these honest and hard-working folks. I always call and make an appointment for regular service because they're no longer the best-kept secret in town, and they tend to stay very busy. Despite that, they've always managed to work me in when I've had an emergency (once even staying open a little late so I could make it there after work).\r

I rarely write reviews, but the vague, unsubstantiated accusations and rumors stated by the anonymous commenter seem so far afield from my experience with Jett's, I have made an exception today. (By the way, I understand it might be frustrating when your vehicle can't be fixed, but stating up front "I know nothing about this subject" then claiming you were screwed without any specifics doesn't inspire confidence in your review, especially when you consider your business relationship with them lasted FIFTEEN YEARS!). Also, I suppose there might be a rookie/trainee who isn't ASE certified, but the rest of them are.\r
