I have been going to Delta Pets for quite some time (about three years) for my pet needs, and sometimes just to visit the birds they have in store, they are very kind, professional, willing to help answer any questions you may have and if they don't have the answer they can suggest either someone who does or a way of finding out. They also do business with more local breeders which is a good thing. Their animals are very well cared for there. My last two parrots came from their shop, though one passed away due to untreatable health problems (A genetic problem which Delta Pets would have had NO way of knowing about as it did not manifest until over a year after purchasing my late feathered kid) the other, a quaker parrot, is still as healthy as ever!\r

I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone in the Slidell area, I had never had any problems with them and they do the best they can to help you with any pet related questions. They also do have quite a selection of pet supplies and keep
