Looking for a real person to come any time, 24-7, and get your heating or air conditioning going at a great price? Bill's worked for me in a series of homes, and at businesses I managed. Same price, whatever the day or hour. He knows his stuff, and more importantly, knows what he can't do or what isn't needed, and tells it straight. Prices are very reasonable. It's not a large outfit, but that lack of overheard keeps prices down, and it seems he never takes a vacation -- he's always been available when I need him. Not a slick communicator, but has the qualities that matter most in furnace repair.
