They definately don't listen to you as the pet owner and talk down to you in a demeaning way. I had a dog that would go into convulsions evreytime I brought her in for a vist. I tried and tried to have the attendants schedule me and be aware I was on my way in with my dog to make the trip as quick as possible in and out. I would give the dog valium and call ahead of time but I was always made to wait in the lobby and the dog would enter seizures. i was told it was impossible for a dog to only have seizures at the vet and that I must not notice it at home. This was a house dog that never leaves anyones side 24/7 and sleeps on the bed...how could I miss a convulsing dog that is foaming at the mouth and deficating?\r \r Moved to the group out on Highway 11...they are much more helpful and get me in and out before the dog can become so stressed that a seizure might begin. They have even met my wife out at the vehicle when there might be any reason that would have prevented her emediate
