Review content:
I needed an MRI for a suspected problem with my back (turned out to have a couple bulging discs). I am a fairly large man, not especially tall but I have broad shoulders. I had to raise my arms over my head to fit into the MRI machine at the first place I tried, and the fit was so tight I just couldn't stay in there for the full 15 minutes. I was able to convince my doctor and insurance provider to send me to San Luis Diagnostic Center, and used their MUCH larger and comfortable MRI. Night and day. Even if you're not large, you should use SLO Diagnostic Center's MRI if possible. The picture is of higher quality than ""normal"" MRI machines, and it is SO much more comfortable and roomy.
