I brought my cat in for a follow-up visit (after seeing an ER vet over a weekend for a severe upper respiratory infection). I was advised to follow-up with her standard vet. I explained the situation to Dr. Mishci . I also explained that my cat had was still exhibiting some strange behavior and that I would like an evaluation for Feline Leukemia. She gently examined my cat, and took care to listen closely to her heart and lungs. My cat has 2 herniated discs in her back, which were irritated from the exam. I explained this, and for her to be very gentle during the blood draw. As I peeked through the hole in the film covering the "procedure room" I was horrified to watch a credentialed professional "stick" my cat 8 times trying to get blood. She was very rough (more than is reasonable) as the smashed her into the table. In all her life, with blood draws, stool samples, and even injections she has had an amazing temperament...much more than any cat I've owned. She writhed in pai
