I decided to try Servpro of Agoura-Calabasas for the first time and cancelled my Coit appointment because they had a more convenient time for the next morning. I prepared my entire home for carpet cleaning getting everything off the floor. My appointment for 8:30am came and went. I called and the secretary told me the men were on there way. Then I called back she said they were there. Huh?? No one showed. I called back and she said that Joe (the man who booked me was unreachable). Needless to say, they didn't show. It put me in a very bad position as I was going out of town and needed the carpets done that morning. I said, can't you call another Servpro and get another team over here? She said she would try. She did, calle me back even later and said she couldn't find anyone but would give me numbers to call. I'd recommend skipping this company and going with a company you can trust to show up as promised and who even remembers that you made an appointment.
