I had a very stained rug from my dog one evening as she got\r
something and messed on the rug in about 7 different places.\r
I tried with everything i had to clean it up but ended up calling\r
Chem Dry in the end anyway. I have had the same gentlemen\r
over the last couple of years doing my carpets so he did show\r
up again. He did a marvelous job as always and I really had\r
planned on having to rip out the rug and replace it, but after he\r
left and a couple of days later it looked wonderful. He said he\r
was not happy with the way it came out, but we were and it is still fine and we do still have the carpet down. I would highly\r
recommend the procedure they use and the company in\r
general. I have them come in I believe every three or four\r
months.
