Review content:
Overall, I will say that I like the Banfield in Maple Grove. I've learned some things over the past 2 years I've had my pets seen there... the wellness plans are great, especially with the dental cleanings. I'm not a fan of the "policy" about hospitalizing my dog for every issue (pee, ear infection, etc), but I get it - it's a company policy, not one made up by the employees there, so I can't really get mad at them for it. The vets there seem eager to help and are willing to answer questions. I wish they were a little more up to date on technology though... I had to go to another clinic to get a dental xray done on one of my dog's teeth. I also think their prices for certain services are a bit outrageous... xrays cost a fortune, and then I find out that the emergency clinic charges LESS than banfield for them! The nurses are pretty nice, a coupel of them will take the time to answer all my questions. The only other thing that bothers me is that there never seems to be a receptionist av
