awful customer service, three times I took my dog to that place and three times I received a horrible service. last time I went with my dog which was sick and not eating and I was worried for dehydration. it was a week day and I called prior to take her to see if she was able to been seeing. I arrived and an hour an a half later after check-in they told me to come back next day because they didn't have time to see her. I asked if they could at least take her temperature to what they replied no. I have moved a lot with the military and I never had any problem with any Banfield until I went there (Largo). I was amazed with the non compassionate attitude from a place that advertises as caring for your love ones. Don't take your lovely pet to this place.
