I confess, living in Portland OR, raised in St. Joseph I have been a Wolf's customer since the 60's when I bought my dive equipment from the store located in their home.
An avid sailor for the past 30 years my home sailing grounds have in included Lake's Michigan & Ponchartrain, Gulf of Mexico, Chesapeake Bay, San Juan Islands and now the Pacific Ocean.
Yes I have had a wealth of supply stores at my disposal but non to compair with Wolf's. I am guilty of checking prices on non-essentials by phone or online then calling my mom (80 yeas of age) in St. Joseph whom is more than happy to run down and pick up the goods and UPS them to me.
My last trip in the store was Oct 22 2005 and you won't find a friendlier atmosphere anywhere.
1st Class / World Class and none to compare as far as I am concerned. They will always have my business no matter where I live.
PROS: Comfortable, friendly, knowledgeable staff, best selection in the US.
