I don't know about the service a "few years ago" but I went 2 times recently and they were very honest. The first car I took needed a converter, it was on in less than an hour. the second car I took in for a second opinion. Another shop told me it needed a converter. Pronto said it did not. I bought a new gas cap, cleared the codes and got my inspection sticker. i appreciate their honesty.
