I had been to several other laser companies for consultations and they were awful! I decided to try Sona MedSpa and met with Monica. She was very kind and explained the process, what would happen during the treatments and the time it would take. After my 4th treatment I have only 10% hair left and it is very thin. 1 more treatment for me and I will be hair free. From the moment you arrive the front office is courteous, helpful and all of my appts have been on time! The technicians that did the treatment walked through each step of the process, checked to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable. I have never been burned and the pink color goes away within a couple of hours. I am just sorry I waited so long to sign up and be hair free! Thank you Monica and your staff! You are wonderful!
