I did my research when looking into laser hair removal. When I finally got around to calling Sona I was so "over" the sales hype and the different lasers ans gimicks. However, when I spoke with Kerri I was happy to find someone who really knew what they were talking about and was honest and open and didn't mind me grilling her to the max with every question and then some. I was also happy when I went in to see a spa like atmosphere and friendly staff. I chose Sona and have been very happy with the results and the staff in Grapevine. I have 3 areas being treated and have completed two sessions and I am excited to see it completed. I would recommend Sona to anyone and already have to my sister who will be starting her treatments very soon.
