I initially went to this clinic after hearing their commercials over and over on the radio stations I listen to. I didn't know what to expect, but I have had problems with small red bumps on my upper arms for the better half of over 5 years. After trying different treatments to get rid of the bumps (keratosis pilaris) I decided to try Laser Hair Removal. I met with Monica and felt very comfortable discussing my wants and needs with her. However, no matter how knowldgeable she was not once did I ever meet directly with the "medical doctor" that supposedly works onsite? The closest I got was Monica calling him on his cellphone to get an "opinion" on which treatment he recommended for me. She was very aggressive in her sale and gave me several discounts to receive both treatments. I suggest doing your homework by contacting other areas before going to a "consultation" here. I walked away "purchasing".... yes, paying for everything up front... not knowing if I even received a good
