This is a good group of doctors. Dr. VanSchoick, Dr. Moore and Dr. Raq and there is a nurse practioner also available. My son has seen all of them at one time or another. All the doctors and the nurses are really great, especially Becky. The front office staff can be a bit snooty.
The one thing that really irked me about this place, was the fact I could never speak to a doctor over the phone. No matter how serious the situation was, I always had to leave a message with the office staff and then they would relay it to the doctor and he would relay the answer back to them. Then when they called me and I had questions about his answer, they wouldn't know the answers because gee, they are not nurses or doctors. Instead of letting me speak to the doctor, I'd have the option of them leaving him another message or scheduling an appointment. It just seemed like a lot of wasted time. I realize this is a pediatric office and they probably had their share of neurotic moms who insisted
