Dr. Huizinga is a horrible vet - he is scared of all dogs larger than around 20lbs so if you have a larger dog I would not go there. We have two large dogs which only he (not the other vets) has labeled "aggressive" which they are not. He recently said he is making us sedate our male dog for any future visits, which is dangerous for dogs to go under just as it is for adults. I can understand if he wants to muzzle our dog if it makes him feel better, but not sedating them which would be a lot of extra expense, but more so the danger that bothers us. Crazy - I never heard of that. Run away from Dr. Tim Huizinga unless you have a 20lb dog or less!
