Ron Hammes was recommended by a friend, who has used their service in the past. I was pleased at how thourough the salesman was when he came to the house. That is where it ended. I called the office 3 times requesting to talk to the salesman, always on the phone, he nver returned a single call. Then 3 weeks AFTER he came to the house, we finally received the estimate. Apparently the smaller the fish the more the fish has to wait! 90% furnace vs teh 95% effecient furnace we requested. Half the work we wanted done was written down....DO NOT GO WITH RON HAMMES! Unless you are a big company you get TERRIBLE SERVICE! Teri was our salesman....stay away! If you WANT the 'TRANE' name go with Bagneski in LaCrosse!
