Since they were bought by VCA several years back they have used bullying tactics to hard sell services, and are distant, aloof, and uncaring. The front desk is cold and lazy. I had to wait ten minutes to be acknowledged every time I went in. The only doctor who has\r
any warmth is Dr. Schulke. The new young asian woman dr who told me my dog had lung cancer was horrible when I came back several months later with my new puppy. He had had his last in his series of puppy vaccines two weeks before and she insisted on giving him a full set immediately or she would not treat him. He was just there for a well puppy check because I still intended to use them as my vet. My breeder had said no way let anyone vaccinate him again, and I foolishly let this vet bully me into it because I thought I could trust her, but all she wanted was money. They make a fortune off vaccines, most of what your animal doesn't need. He ended up with a $1,500.00 vet bill (at a better vet, I never went back) a week later
